By purchasing and utilizing the Bloom Package from Nexinfotech and GodX Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Service Description

The Bloom Package includes:
Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance your brand's presence across various platforms. Google My Business (GMB) Optimization to improve your visibility in local search results. Website Update & Maintenance to ensure your website remains current and fully functional. These services will be delivered as per the scope outlined in the agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful execution of services, you agree to:
-> Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, website, and social media accounts.
-> Cooperate with our team during the implementation and optimization process by providing necessary access, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner.
-> Inform us of any changes to your business or marketing strategy that could affect the scope of the services provided.

3. Payment Terms

3. Payment Terms The fees for the Bloom Package are due at the time of purchase. Payment can be made via the methods specified on the invoice. If a payment is not received on time, services may be delayed or paused until payment is completed.

4. Duration and Termination

-> The services will be delivered according to the timeline set forth in the agreement. If either party needs to terminate the agreement, written notice must be provided.
-> We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a violation of these terms or if we encounter significant difficulties in executing the services due to lack of cooperation from the client.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy(add link). If services fail to meet the contractual obligations or deliverables, we will assess your situation and, if applicable, provide a partial refund based on the work not completed as per the agreement. Refunds will not be provided for customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created or provided during the execution of the Bloom Package services, including social media content, Google My Business listings, and website updates, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. However, Nexinfotech and GodX Media retain the right to use any work created for promotional or portfolio purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of this agreement, including business practices, marketing strategies, and other sensitive data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexinfotech and GodX Media are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We are also not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services such as social media platforms, Google, hosting providers, or any other external platforms that may affect the outcome of the services provided.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or actions taken by third-party service providers.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Bloom Package at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will be effective upon notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
